Is Hemp-derived CBD Oil legal in my state?

Federally YES!

This is a common question for our customers at DiscoverCBD.com.

If you live in the United States, the answer is pretty simple since over 99% of the country recognizes hemp oil as legal (aside from the handful of counties (<1%) that does not allow it). All of the CBD Oil products we sell on our website are made from hemp and are therefore legal to ship to all 50 states in the U.S. as well as to over 40 countries worldwide. If our CBD Oil products were derived from medical marijuana, it would be illegal in many states and to ship nationwide. However, we do not sell any medical marijuana-derived CBD products on our site, only pure hemp-derived CBD Oil products.

Our trusted vendors have been providing quality CBD Oil products for many years and have gained considerable reputations in the industry for the excellent grade and consistency of their products. We personally visit or interact with each of our vendors to ensure the high standards of DiscoverCBD.com are also being met.

Is CBD Oil legal in my country?

Most of the time the answer is yes, but not always.  We suggest you contact the customs authority in your area and inquire as to whether or not you can have hemp-derived dietary supplements shipped to your country from the United States. While we are able to ship to your country, we cannot guarantee delivery if the customs department does not accept dietary supplements from the United States.
