CBD Infused Ginger Coffee Bars

Colorado is experiencing a chilly spring! Nothing warms my soul quite like a hot cup of coffee and something sweet in the morning. The only way to improve on this feeling is by adding CBD. Lately, I have been baking non-stop to help keep me (and my family!) entertained and relaxed. This recipe is very unique because instead of using CBD isolate to create our infusions, this recipe uses Active CBD Infused Coffee which is broad spectrum. Broad Spectrum CBD means that the infusion will contain trace amounts of other minor cannabinoids, but no THC. I have personally found that broad spectrum CBD products tend to work a little better for me than CBD isolate products, but is often harder to use in baking. This makes our Active CBD Infused Coffee the perfect choice for this recipe.
