CBD infused body lotion recipe
99% pure CBD isolate is a crystalized form of the cannabinoid CBD. It contains zero THC. The powder is tasteless and odorless. For each gram of CBD isolate you are getting at least 990mg of CBD. We test our CBD isolate for potency and containments. But how can you use this very potent CBD powder?
CBD Isolate can dissolve in any oil based substance which opens the possibility up to over a 1000 uses for CBD isolate. You can use it topically, to create your own edibles or even vaporize it. I will show you a couple quick and easy recipes to get the most out of your CBD Isolate.
Topical use. Using CBD topically has been suggested to help pain deep within the muscles and joints. Topicals include a wide range of products from cream to salves to massage oil. Topicals can be expensive and very potent ones can cost hundreds of dollars to buy pre-packaged. One of the easiest things to make is CBD massage/body oil.
500mg CBD Massage/Body Oi:
2 cups of Olive Oil
½ gram of CBD isolate
Few drops of your favorite essential oil (we like Rosemary)
Mix thoroughly and the CBD isolate will dissolve and disperse throughout the solution. Adding a few drops of lavender oil or a little salt can turn your massage oil into an effective body scrub. If you are wanting to make a CBD lotion with one you already have on hand – you can! The 99% CBD isolate dissolves best in oil based substances. Lotion containing oil will better mix with the isolate, but any lotion will be thick enough to disperse the CBD isolate throughout the mixture. As I have mentioned, there is 990mg of CBD in 1 gram, so you don’t need a lot of powder to effectively infuse your lotion.
