Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products and we take customer satisfaction seriously.
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of product arrival.
We also accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of purchase.

Does my product have THC?
All of our products contain less than 0.3% THC. We have many products on our site that are 100% THC free.
We have 3rd party lab results on all of our products.

We do not guarantee that you will pass a drug screening when using any product as drug screens can vary depending on the cannabinoid they are testing for and some drug screens do detect CBD. Drug screening can vary greatly due to many factors including your metabolism, weight, prior usage and THC consumption.
What is the best product for me?

Typically, first time customers find success with topicals and tinctures. Our Active CBD oil Salve and Water Soluble Tinctures are a great place to start - easy to figure out your dosage and easy to implement into your daily routine.
Since everyone is unique, CBD is not a one-size-fits all type of product. It can take a little playing around with your dosage and the various types of CBD to find what works best for your body.
Many customers find higher levels of success with broad spectrum or full spectrum CBD rather than CBD alone.
CBD works on a bell curve. This means that taking too much CBD can have the same effect as taking too little. We suggest starting low and slowly working your way up so you can find the perfect dosage for you.

We want you to get the most from your purchase and have helped hundreds of people discover the potential benefits of CBD and want to share that knowledge with you.
Tips and Tricks
- You may be taking the wrong amount of CBD.
Some people assume that the highest possible dosage will work the best. CBD works on a bell curve. That means that taking too high of a dose has the same result as taking too low of a dose. We suggest starting off at a low dose (around 10mg of CBD) and slowly working up until you notice benefits.
- You may have not tried CBD long enough.
You may not notice a difference after only one use. We typically suggest that customers try the same dosage or application for around one week to allow your body time to adjust and to notice full benefits.
- You may benefit more from a broad or full spectrum product or other cannabinoid.
Everyone is unique and what works for one person may not work for you! We do find customers typically have better results when using CBD in combination with other cannabinoids. Broad Spectrum products contain trace amounts of other cannabinoids but no THC. Full Spectrum products contain trace amonts of other cannabinoids and a trace amount of THC. We also carry other cannabinoids like CBN and CBG that might work better for you depending on why you are trying CBD.
- You may not be using the product to its full potential.
How you use the product can have a direct effect on the potential benefits. Topical applications like lotions and salves typically work best exactly where you put them. Tinctures and drops work best when held under the tongue for at least 30 seconds. Patches work best when placed in a veinous area like your wrist. Edible products like capsules or gummies typically take 45min to 2 hours to enter your bloodstream due to digestion.
- You may benefit more from a different method of consumption.

Orders are typically shipped same day Monday through Friday before 1pm MST.

- Overnight Shipping - $39.99
Shipping times can vary depending on where you live. We ship out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Typically standard shipping is around 3-5 days. Priority shipping is typically 2-3 days. Overnight shipping or Priority Express is typically 1 day if placed prior to our USPS and UPS pick ups.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update once you receive it.

We always offer free shipping on any orders over $99 anywhere in the United States.
