We are happy to share very exciting updates regarding the Discover CBD Franchise Program. It has only been two months since we began offering franchises, and our program has already grown faster than expected!

First, thank you again for all the interest in the opportunity to spread the benefits of CBD beyond Colorado by owning a Discover CBD Franchise.
We are pleased to announce the first franchise agreements have been signed in three new states: Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. One proposed location would be near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Phoenix, Arizona will be the location of the second store, and Nashville, Tennessee is being investigated as the third franchise location.
As if that news was not exciting enough, licensing deals for Discover CBD stores have been reached in two additional states. Two locations will be near Chicago, Illinois. The second is located in Golden Valley, Minnesota outside Minneapolis/St. Paul. The Minnesota store should have signs up very soon, making it the first Discover CBD store located outside Colorado.
This also means however, that Distributing Rights are no longer available in these three states as well. This brings the states with Distributing Franchise Agreements to five, including Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. Franchises are available in these states, but distributing rights are no longer available.
One more exciting bit of news for this update: Previously we were unable to offer franchises in Florida, Texas, and Utah. We can legally begin selling franchises in these states (along with the other states previously available). We have had significant interest in Florida and Texas. We are pleased to be sending the Franchise Disclosure Document to interested parties in these states. It is very exciting for us that the first agreements could be signed for those states within the next three weeks.
