Do you love pasta as much as I do? Pasta is by far one of my favorite dishes! Although, I do get tired of the same store bought taste of sauce.
Today I'm going to share with you a homemade CBD infused marinara recipe. You'll first have to add CBD isolate to a base oil, using a double boil method before starting this recipe. Click the links and follow the instructions if you’re unsure about how much oil to mix with the isolate or unfamiliar with what to do. The most common oils we see getting used for recipes are olive oil or coconut oil.
CBD Infused Marinara Sauce
Ingredients called for :
¼ cup of cbd infused olive/coconut oil
1 large onion - diced
2-3 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon rosemary
2 29 oz cans of peeled tomatoes
Instructions:
Place infused oil in a medium sized pan on medium heat.
Add onion and garlic; cook until they're "sweating".
Mix in the 2 cans of tomatoes and the spices and cook until a shimmer.
Stir occasionally.
Sauce should be slightly darker than when you started.
Serve on top of pasta.
Enjoy!
