CBD Infused White Chocolate Chip Red Velvet Cookies

For a tempting, scrumptious dessert that few can resist, you have to try these red velvet CBD cookies! This recipe will yield about 24 cookies with about 42 mg of CBD per cookie. You can decrease the amount of CBD by using 500 mg of isolate instead of 1000 mg, bringing the total per cookie down to about 21 mg, or increase it by cutting the amounts of the ingredients in the recipe in half, and using 1000mg of isolate for just the right amount, bringing the total per cookie up to 83 mg for 12 cookies.

Ingredients:

1 16-16.5 oz or 1 lb box of Red Velvet Cake Mix (usually contains wheat flour , whole milk powder, baking soda, or sometimes vanilla pudding powder and malted barley flour)

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 gram of 99% CBD isolate

½ cup butter or 1 stick (not partially hydrogenated vegetable oil)

1 egg

Directions:

Melt the butter and add the 1 gram of 99% CBD isolate to it. Make sure the CBD dissolves in the butter fully. Mix the dry cake mix, melted CBD butter, egg, and white chocolate chips in a mixing bowl until the dough is an even consistency. Roll it into a ball in the mixing bowl (you can add whatever you like, such as cream powder, rich cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavor, cocoa butter or nonfat milk powder), then cover with plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator to cool for an hour.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Once the dough has cooled, roll the dough into balls. It's okay if they crumble! Just roll them back up. Add them to your baking sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes or until the cookies reach your preferred level of doneness.

Once you remove the cookies from the oven, give them a few minutes and then move them to wire racks for cooling, if you have them available.

Once cookies have cooled, serve and enjoy your velvety and decadent cookies!
