Those who have conducted any type of business with Discover CBD or have used Active CBD Oil can attest to the fact that education is at the core of the brand. Our retail employees are not commission-based which allows them to give unbiased feedback on our products and supports the mentality that arming the community with accurate information has the potential to help customers more than the products themselves.
Rachael Barbre opened her CBD shop in Cheyenne, Wyoming with that mentality close to heart. The former nurse told The Wyoming Tribune Eagle that education is the motivation behind her store, Terra of Wyoming. Her store is the first CBD store in Wyoming to be accredited by the state's BBB. Barbre tells the newspaper that she chose to omit any reference to CBD in her naming to help customers feel comfortable coming in the doors.
“My first and foremost thing is education. I want people to make the best decision for themselves,” Barbre told the paper.
Barbre’s store sells Active CBD products for that reason. She cites Active CBD as being a reputable product at a reasonable price. All Active CBD products have QR codes linking to third-party lab test results, something that is of the utmost importance to Barbre and her customers.
“You just pull up your batch code based on that, and you know exactly the percentage of every single cannabinoid that you’re getting,” Barbre told the Tribune Eagle.
Barbre also advises her customers to talk to their doctors before committing to a product if they are taking other medications in order to avoid any complications from interactions. She said she often sends patients back to their doctor with informational pamphlets to help them make informed decisions.
Barbre has lived in Cheyenne since she was 14 and has been in the medical field since working to become a certified nursing assistant in 2000 and later a licensed practical nurse. As for why she turned to selling CBD products she told the paper, “I just saw the need. There are so many people that can benefit from these products in one way or another.”
