In this short article we will go over a few different ways in which CBD can be used.
1.) Oral ingestion
One of the most efficient methods of delivery, you can simply measure out your dosage, put it under your tongue and hold the oil for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing. Quality hemp oils (like Active CBD Gold Oil and Green Oil) contain no fillers, preservatives, solvents, or additives and are derived from non-GMO hemp where no pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers are used. This assures safety and quality while also allowing you to take consistent doses.
If you are one of the many people who prefer to take a capsule over holding liquid under the tongue than this method will be all too familiar. Did you know you can actually put the same dose of CBD Oil into a softgel capsule? That’s right, which can make dosing much more convenient, discreet and travel friendly.
For those who prefer smoking/vaping and would like to partake in CBD, there are a few options for you. There are different concentrates available such as a CBD Isolate which contains pure CBD or a CBD Shatter with Terpenes. These concentrates can be used with most concentrate vape devices, attachments or even your rig at home just as you would with any other concentrate.
4.) Use it to make your own Vape Juice
Vaping is an incredible way to get your CBD. Unlike traditional smoking methods, there are no carcinogens and a little bit can go a long way making it a very cost-effective method of consumption. Although there are several quality high quality vape juices on the market, sometimes people just want to make their own with their own custom doses of CBD. All you need is 1 gram of CBD Isolate and this very simple recipe which we will have linked here!

7.) Add it to food or beverages
