Soothing Honey Oatmeal Mask:


  1. Grind the oats in a coffee grinder or food processor
  2. Whisk together honey and CBD oil
  3. Mash banana and add to the honey mixture
  4. Stir in oats and place in refrigerator for 10 minutes
  5. Apply to face with fingers or brush
  6. Allow to sit on skin for 10-15 before rinsing

  3. Apply to face for 5 minutes before rinsing

  1. Mash avocado and stir in yogurt
