CBD infused muffin recipe

By popular customer request we have designed a tasty recipe that is sure to brighten any morning! There isn’t any easier way to bake with CBD than making these CBD isolate infused muffins. What I love about this recipe is how much you can customize it to suit your taste or mood. We have listed a bunch of suggestions on how to boost up this recipe at the bottom of the page. This recipe was modified from the one found at allrecipes.com and will yield about 24 muffins. Each muffin will contain around 40mg of CBD.

Ingredients:

1 gram of CBD Isolate

4 cups of flour

6 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups white sugar

2 eggs

2 cups milk

½ cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Stir 1 gram of CBD isolate into ½ cup of vegetable oil.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs with a fork. Then stir in milk and CBD infused oil.
Pour the egg/milk/oil combination into the flour mixture.
Mix Quickly and Lightly till moistened. The batter will be lumpy.
Pour the batter into paper lined muffin pan cups.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.

Variations:

Blueberry Muffins: Add 2 cups of fresh blueberries. We love adding 1 cup of white chocolate chips in with them.  

Bacon & Cheese Muffins: Fold in 2 cups of grated cheese and ½ cup of crisp, cooked bacon bits.

Chocolate Chip Muffins: Add 2 cups of chocolate chips.

Coconut Pecan Muffins: Add 2 cups of shredded coconut and top off with chopped pecans and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

Carrot Cake Muffins: Add 2 cups of shredded carrots. 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract.

Strawberry Jam Muffins: Fill the muffin cup about ½ way full of batter. Then add a spoonful of strawberry (or your favorite) jam. Then, cover the jam with the rest of the batter.  

Spiced Apple Muffins: Add 2 cups of diced apples. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon of nutmeg.

Orange Zest Muffins: Instead of using 2 cups of milk. Instead, use 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of orange juice. Top with orange zest or a few cranberries for an added boost.

PB & J Muffins: Mix in 2 cups of peanut butter into your batter. Top with a dollop of your favorite jelly prior to cooking.

Cranberry Banana Muffins: Add 2 cups of frozen or fresh cranberries and 1 smashed banana to your batter.  

Cinnamon Raisin Muffins: Add 2 cups of raisins and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to your batter. We like to add a 1 cup of chopped nuts in with it.

Pink Princess Muffins: Add 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of canned pineapple, 1/2 cup of sweetened coconut and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. These taste even better with some bright pink icing and multi-colored sprinkles.
