You can fly with CBD?

What is TSA approved?
In the United States and in accordance with the TSA guidelines, any CBD must be FDA approved or hemp derived and contain less than .3% THC on a dry weight basis. Meaning marijuana derived CBD is still considered federally illegal and should not be taken through airports or other forms of regulated travel. The 3-1-1 rule also applies to CBD products, so any oil, cream, tincture or paste you travel with should be under 3oz for plane travel. CBD vape pens can be taken through the airport only in your carry-on. Any lithium-ion batteries can not exceed a rating of 100wh and 2 grams for lithium metal batteries.
