Is Delta 8 (and Other THC Isomers) Legal in Colorado?

Is Delta 8 (and Other THC Isomers) Legal in Colorado?

Tim Faulkner
Legality is a common question that arises with any cannabis associated product. With the passing of the 2018 farm bill, many lesser known cannabinoids are becoming increasingly popular. Delta 8 THC, Delta 10 THC, HHC, and THC-O are all hemp derived cannabinoids that can produce psychoactive effects similar to those found in traditional cannabis. Many people don’t even know these compounds exist and if they do they may assume the cannabinoids are illegal, but due to the farm bill they are actually all legal on the federal level. Recently though, many states have been implementing individual restrictions and laws on the hemp-derived compounds. We’ll take a closer look at the legality of delta 8 specifically Colorado as they recently passed a new law that may be confusing for some.
CBD, A Growing Alternative to Treat Addiction

CBD, A Growing Alternative to Treat Addiction

Lilith Perry
In recent years cannabidiol (CBD) is becoming a more sought-after treatment method for individuals seeking relief. But why and how is this possible? Let's first discuss how addiction works in the brain so we can then understand why CBD is becoming a mainstream treatment for addiction.

Since the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill hemp derived cannabidiol (CBD) has become federally decriminalized in America, and with that traveling guidelines have changed. So what does this mean for you?

CBD For Your Skin

CBD For Your Skin

Rebecca White
Due to its potential anti-inflammatory properties, CBD may be useful for treating many skin issues, including acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Researchers are saying that CBD may be the secret ingredient to healing dry skin. The skin contains its own endocannabinoid system, so when a CBD topical is applied it goes straight to work with the endocannabinoid system in the skin to create a synergistic harmony.
CBD and CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease)

CBD and CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease)

Rebecca White

First off, we need to know exactly what Chronic Kidney Disease is, and how it affects the kidneys.

The kidney's are a small bean shapes organ, located at the lower back, on either side of the spine. The kidney's job is to clean blood, and extra fluids from the body, call it our filtration system.

CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) means the kidney's are damaged, and unable to flush blood, or any other excess fluid from the body. As kidney disease worsens, it becomes harder for the kidneys to filter out the necessary fluids from the body, which may have some people feeling onset symptoms of this disease.
