What is CBG???

Cannabigerol (CBG) is just one of the over 100 cannabinoids found in the hemp plant with a wide range of potential benefits and is non-intoxicating.

Why is CBG the Mother of all Cannabinoids?

This is because other cannabinoids are derived from cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), an acidic form of CBG which is the building block for all other cannabinoids in cannabis like THC, CBD, CBN. The acid version of CBG was then nicknamed Mother of all Cannabinoids. CBGA is broken down by the plants natural enzymes into other cannabinoids like CBDA and THCA. The acidic versions of these cannabinoids are then activated when they are heated during extraction.

Because it is found in such low concentrations in mature plants, CBG-based natural products are not commonly sold. As this remarkable cannabinoid grows, research is ramping up into its therapeutic effects.

My story with CBG

CBG makes me feel great! I was in need of some relief from my stomach issues and some motivation lately. I was told by a coworker that CBG had been doing wonders for her so I gave it a try.
